ThompsonGas is one of the largest propane companies in the U.S. Since 1946, they’ve been serving the propane needs of both commercial and residential customers in the greater Maryland area.
Over the past 20 years, ThompsonGas has been steadily expanding into new markets. This has created a consistent need for them to find CDL drivers with the valid endorsements to fill out their growing fleet.
ThompsonGas came on board with Drive My Way in September 2021 with a need to fill CDL A/B Propane Delivery Driver and Service Tech positions nationwide and immediately found success.

Thompson Gas partnered with Drive My Way to find very industry-specific drivers. They had a high need for CDL A or B Local Propane Delivery Drivers or Service Techs, often in suburbs of rural areas. Through Drive My Way’s tailored recruiting process, Thompson Gas has continued to successfully hire drivers, even in rural and hard-to-recruit areas.
