Is Drive My Way another employment search site?
Our Match My Way technology matches drivers based on their qualifications and personal preferences with available job opportunities. Both drivers and employers know how well they match before entering the hiring process. Drivers are given a match score, on a scale of 1 to 10, indicating how well they fit with an employer’s open position. Drivers can use their match scores to find the best job for them without having to complete multiple applications and talk with recruiters. On the flip side, employers can see which drivers are the best match for their positions and can invite them to apply.
Is there a cost for the service?
No. Drive My Way is a free service to help you find the best job for your lifestyle.
I didn’t find a good match. What should I do?
Employers regularly submit new postings to Drive My Way. If a future posting fits your preferences, you will be messaged through our site. Make sure to login frequently as new opportunities are posted every day. Keep your preference selections and profile up-to-date to ensure you are getting the best matches.
Will my current employer know I’m looking for a new job?
You can keep your name hidden if you select “anonymous.” An employer will not see your name until you choose to share your profile with them when you apply for a job.
How long will it take to complete my profile?
It takes 15 minutes or less to complete your profile.
Do I have to complete a new application for each posting?
No. You only need to complete your profile once. You can use the same profile to apply for as many jobs as you like.
Can I apply for jobs even though the employer hasn’t invited me to do so?
Yes. You can click on “apply” for any posting.

Our Match My Way technology filters through our driver and employer database and matches drivers to open positions on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the perfect match.
Do we have access to the drivers in your database?
You are able to review any drivers who have chosen to share their information by default plus those indicating interest.
Is there a long term commitment?
We offer a choice of term length for each of our packages.
How do drivers find my job posting on your site?
Drivers are notified when they match to open jobs. Drivers can also search for specific employers and have access to all available jobs within our database.
